Myrtle Press printmaking studio is located on the alley at Verge Center for the Arts. Myrtle Press was created in 2012 by four printmakers: Lisa Camhi, Emily Wilson, Kyle Doka, and Dixie Laws. Myrtle Press was founded as an answer to the questions: Where can one print after college, and how can we promote printmaking in Sacramento?
Myrtle Press is a resource for printmaking in Sacramento; we offer workshops, classes, and community events, and provide opportunities for the community to learn about and explore printmaking. Monthly and daily memberships are available to artists and printmakers interested in a collaborative printmaking work space. Open lab hours are Saturdays from 10 – 3, come by and check out the space!

Printmaking forms include relief, intaglio, monotype, silk screen and solar plate, and lithography.
